Gazette column: Giving has to mean understanding, even if you disagree with Starbucks

This week my column for the Gloucestershire Gazette is about a village shop in Almondsbury who have to pay capital tax and are not happy about it becuase Starbucks don’t pay. I say how if you’re going to give, you need to understand first.
